Sample A Taste of Tragedy on #Thursday13 with #MFRWauthor Kim McMahill

Kim McMahill grew up in Wyoming, which is where she developed her sense of adventure and love of the outdoors. She started out writing non-fiction, but her passion for exotic world travel, outrageous adventures, stories of survival, and happily-ever-after endings soon drew her into a world of romantic suspense. Along with writing adventure novels Kim has also published over eighty travel and geographic articles, and contributed to a travel anthology and cookbook. Kim currently resides in Colorado, and when not writing, she enjoys gardening, traveling, hiking, and spending time with family.

13 favorite movies

Here’s my 13 favorite movies in no particular order. I hope this isn’t cheating, but some of my favorite movies are part of a series. It’s difficult to pick my favorite within the series because all contribute to the overall story, so technically I’ve listed more that 13. Please overlook this minor transgression committed in my enthusiasm for a great story or an adrenaline packed action adventure flick.

1.   Sahara

2.  Australia

3.  The Secret Life of Walter Mitty

4.  Under the Tuscan Sun

5.  Hidalgo

6.  The Bourne Series (loved them all)

7.  Secondhand Lions

8.  Lord of The Rings Trilogy (The Two Towers was probably my favorite)

9.  The Hunger Games Movies (all must be watched in order)

10. True Lies

11. National Lampoons Christmas Vacation

12. Red and Red 2 (It’s a toss-up, both were great)

13. The Mission Impossible movies (all are filled with crazy action, which I love)
